The rule for a specific field changes the rule for the global zone.

To select a specific field, click on the corresponding line.

A specific zone changes only part of the global zone. To do this, it has its own start and end delimiters.

The rule for a specific zone is defined by zone delimiters, a root note and an Octave-1 preset (as for a global zone).

To create a specific zone, you must:

    1. Check the box create zone.
    2. Click on the line of a zone (for example the line "Zone 1") and draw the zone, with the mouse, starting with the beginning bar and ending with the end bar.
    3. Next, define the rule for this specific zone as for the global zone.

In the previous figure, the 2 rules will apply as follows:

  • Measures 1 to 6, application of the the global zone rule,
  • Measure 7 to 10, application of the zone 1 rule,
  • Measures 11 to the end, application of the the global zone rule.
